SUMMARY:Adult Fitness Pop-Up: Core & Movement
DESCRIPTION:Our popular Adult Fitness Pop-Up series returns to the Village Arts Factory this winter! Come escape the cold while trying a new fitness medium with certified instructors from Personal Pilates & Fitness. Our first pop-up is on Friday\, January 19th and will focus on strengthening your core muscles while incorporating strength\, breathing\, movement\, and deep stretching. A light afterglow with refreshments will follow the class. The cost is just $10 per person and space is limited to 20 participants. \n7:00pm Core Strength & Movement fitness class at the Village Arts Factory with instructor Hope Modrzejewski. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes. Mats will be provided although if you wish to bring your own you may. \n8:00pm After the fitness class there will be an afterglow for all participants that includes wine\, spa water\, and light refreshments. Participants are encouraged to stroll the Village Arts Factory and enjoy the current art exhibit in the Fine Art Gallery as they cool down.
