SUMMARY:Adult Fitness Pop-Up: Cardio Drumming
DESCRIPTION:Cardio Drumming is a fun workout for all fitness levels! Time to get your inner rock star into motion by moving and grooving to high energy music. Using a fitness ball and drumsticks\, your instructor will lead you in a heart-pumping workout that engages the whole body. Before you know it\, you’ll have completed 6\,000-8\,000 steps! This class is so much fun\, you won’t even realize you are working out. We can’t wait to see you there! \n7:00pm Cardio Drumming fitness class at the Village Arts Factory with instructor Lu Cannon. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and bring water and a small towel\, if needed. \n8:00pm After the fitness class there will be an afterglow for all participants that includes wine\, spa water\, and light refreshments. Participants are encouraged to stroll the Village Arts Factory and enjoy the current art exhibit in the Fine Art Gallery as they cool down.
