SUMMARY:Cherry Hill Village Art Walk
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a special Art Walk in beautiful Cherry Hill Village! Each quarterly Art Walk will begin with complimentary coffee and donuts at The Village Theater\, located at 50400 Cherry Hill Road. While at the theater\, participants will be able to view the current exhibit at the Gallery at Cherry Hill. Following this\, the walk will continue over to the Village Arts Factory\, located a mere 3-minute walk from the theater. At the Village Arts Factory\, a short tour will be given where the walk will conclude with enjoying the Fine Arts Gallery’s latest exhibition. All Art Walks are FREE and open to the public. SUMMARY:Art Exhibit Reception: Three Cities Art Club
DESCRIPTION:This October\, the Village Arts Factory is proud to present the Three Cities Art Club Featured Exhibit. Founded in 1955\, the club has grown into a vibrant community of artists and art enthusiasts from across Southeast Michigan\, including members from Ann Arbor\, Chelsea\, South Lyon\, Belleville\, Milford\, and beyond. Over the decades\, the group has fostered learning\, camaraderie\, and creativity through workshops\, demonstrations\, and exhibitions. \nVisitors to the exhibit will encounter a wide variety of artwork across many mediums. The show includes paintings\, drawings\, and photography\, along with three-dimensional works in fiber\, clay\, wood\, polymer\, and collage. This diversity highlights the broad range of talent within the club and ensures there is something to capture the interest of every visitor. All pieces are available for purchase\, giving guests the opportunity to support local artists while acquiring original fine art at affordable prices. \nThe public is invited to the opening reception on Saturday\, October 4\, from 2–4 pm. Guests will have the chance to meet the artists\, enjoy light refreshments\, and experience the exhibit in a welcoming and creative atmosphere. \nDuring the exhibition\, visitors may also participate in the Popular Vote Drawing by casting a ballot for their three favorite works of art. Each vote counts as an entry into a drawing for a cash prize\, with winners selected at the close of the show.
