Pilates is a low-impact\, moderate-intensity workout that stretches and strengthens the entire body. It’s a great way to tone your muscles\, improve your flexibility\, and burn calories. No previous experience necessary and all fitness levels welcome! If you’ve ever been curious to try Pilates\, this is the perfect opportunity to sample this fun and unique fitness medium. \nFollowing the Pilates mat class\, our afterglow will include light refreshments such as fruit and nuts\, cheese and crackers\, beverages\, and water. There will also be time to socialize\, connect with other attendees\, and explore the art gallery at the Village Arts Factory.
