SUMMARY:Adult Fitness Pop-Up: Yoga
DESCRIPTION:Our popular Adult Fitness Pop-Up series concludes this March with Yoga at the Village Arts Factory! Join us on Tuesday\, March 11 for an approachable\, 1-hour yoga flow led by our certified instructor surrounded by art and candlelight. Yoga is a wonderful opportunity to relax your mind\, create positive focus\, and gently stretch the body. Both practiced yogis and first-time beginners will enjoy this guided flow in our unique art studio space. You are welcome to bring your own mat\, or we will have plenty available to borrow. An afterglow with snacks and refreshments will follow the class\, including an opportunity to stroll the art gallery and socialize with friends and neighbors. The cost is just $10 per person and you can register online by clicking here. \nProceeds from this Adult Fitness Pop-Up will support the Learn.Advocate.Mentor program\, a Lead #LikeAGirl initiative of Canton’s B.L.O.C.K. program.
