Join us at the Village Arts Factory on May 10 for our next adult pop-up event: Strength Training with Personal Pilates & Fitness! Enjoy a 45-minute guided fitness class for adults surrounded by art right in the heart of Cherry Hill Village. Free weights and resistance equipment are used to challenge the body to increase muscular strength & endurance, improve stabilization & balance, and aid in injury prevention & wellness. Our Strength Training Coach will keep a sharp eye on your form and execution to ensure that the targeted muscles are being reached. All fitness levels welcome! Stay afterwards and enjoy an afterglow with light refreshments. Please wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes; consider bringing water and a towel.
