Glass Fusion Workshop: Spring Dragonfly
Celebrate the season with color, creativity, and a little sparkle in this beginner-friendly fused glass workshop on Thursday, May 28th from 6:15–8:15 PM. For just $44, you’ll create a stunning glass dragonfly piece that will brighten any space.
Laurie of Kiss My Glass will guide you step-by-step through the magic of working with fused glass. You’ll start with a pre-cut blue glass background and choose whether you’d like to create a nightlight or a suncatcher. Then the fun begins — select from a beautiful assortment of vibrant glass colors to design your very own dragonfly exactly the way you envision it.
During class, you’ll arrange and glue your glass pieces into place. Afterward, Laurie will kiln-fire your project to fuse it into a finished work of art. Completed pieces will be ready for pickup at the Art Center in approximately 10–12 days, and all registered participants will receive an email notification when they are ready.
This class is perfect for adults of all ages and skill levels — no prior experience needed. Whether you come with friends or enjoy a creative evening for yourself, you’ll leave inspired and excited to see your finished piece.
Please Note:
- Wear closed-toed shoes.
- Drinks are welcome, but food is not permitted in the studio (food and glass do not mix).
Refund Policy:
There are no refunds for this class. If an emergency arises and you’re unable to attend, you have two options:
- Send someone in your place, or
- Make up the class by registering and paying for the next month’s session and creating two projects that evening.
