Richard Goff has been painting for more than 40 years. This exhibit features a range of his work, subject matter, and representational style. The paintings are rendered in bright hues of gouache applied over a background of India ink on watercolor paper. Goff is a signature artist of the Virginia Watercolor Society, a juried member of Potomac Valley Watercolorists, a board member of the Michigan Watercolor Society, and a University of Michigan alum. He is retired following a long career in municipal government, lives in Ann Arbor, and participates in the Sunday Artisan Market at Kerrytown Market & Shops.
